Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Manager)

Purpose of the job:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation (Sales) manager to join our team! Good communication skills in verbal and written English is a must!

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Finding and nurturing leads on ASEAN market, processing of inbound and outbound leads;
Testing and developing alternative channels of lead generation;
Researching for the pools of potential clients in professional networks;
Establishing the first contact;
Working with CRM;
Arranging sales meetings and tracking of their results.

Education, skills and experience:

At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, marketing or software sales, preferably ASEAN market;
Advanced written and spoken English;
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing lead-gen and marketing strategies (email, messengers, social and professional networks, targeted advertising, etc.);
Working knowledge of CRM and other digital marketing tools;
Ability to learn and present the company’s products & services to potential clients;
Strong communication and negotiations skills;
Understanding of IT industry and technologies;
Responsible, result-oriented, and fast learner.

Would be a plus:

Knowledge about Blockchain (decentralized) technology;
Work experience/knowledge in the Energy field;
Sales/Lead generation experience in the ASEAN market.
