Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Manager)

Purpose of the job:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation (Sales) manager to join our team! Good communication skills in verbal and written English is a must!

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Finding and nurturing leads on ASEAN market, processing of inbound and outbound leads;
  • Testing and developing alternative channels of lead generation;
  • Researching for the pools of potential clients in professional networks;
  • Establishing the first contact;
  • Working with CRM;
  • Arranging sales meetings and tracking of their results.

Education, skills and experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, marketing or software sales, preferably ASEAN market;
  • Advanced written and spoken English;
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing lead-gen and marketing strategies (email, messengers, social and professional networks, targeted advertising, etc.);
  • Working knowledge of CRM and other digital marketing tools;
  • Ability to learn and present the company’s products & services to potential clients;
  • Strong communication and negotiations skills;
  • Understanding of IT industry and technologies;
  • Responsible, result-oriented, and fast learner.

Would be a plus:

  • Knowledge about Blockchain (decentralized) technology;
  • Work experience/knowledge in the Energy field;
  • Sales/Lead generation experience in the ASEAN market.
