Memorandum of Cooperation between 482.solutions and State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine

We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE) to strengthen our cooperation in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy market, sustainable development and Green Finance, including:

- development of core initiatives and implementation of innovative projects and innovative approaches, in particular the use of distributed ledger technology (DLT) and Blockchain;

- promoting the implementation of EU Directives (Directive 2009/28/EC, Directive 2018/2001) on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and the implementation of the Guarantee of Origin system;

- creating opportunities for training domain specialists and improving their skills in the above areas.

And also in the implementation of project of the National system for the management of Guarantees of Origin for electricity from renewable energy sources.

Kostiantyn GURA Acting Head of State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE)

Ivan Balashov (CFO, 482.solutions) and Kostiantyn Gura (temporarily acting as the Head of SAEE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation to ensure we keep working together to development of joint proposals for the introduction of innovative technologies in the field of energy efficiency. By signing this Memorandum, the Parties agreed on the principles and directions of cooperation on the principles of equality, openness and integrity.

To achieve the goals, the Parties will cooperate on:

improving public policy instruments (legislative initiatives, support mechanisms, etc.) in Ukraine, taking into account the norms of EU directives;
development of joint proposals for the introduction of innovative technologies in these areas;
development of concepts, norms, standards;
organization of the exchange of technical expertise and knowledge, workshops, seminars, forums, study visits, training opportunities, sector studies and study missions, between the Parties representatives.
